He is a member of the Iposu Royal family of Oke Iposu area of Epe. He was born in Epe and had his early Primary and Secondary Schools at Dola Day Nursery School and Ansar ud deen Secondary School Isolo respectively. He furthered his education at University of Lagos where he obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. management respectively.
Olanshile is a senior staff with the Lagos State Government with vast knowledge in the real estate sector. He is a member of few social clubs including the prestigious Club Seventies Epe. His hobbies are humanity related based, politics and soccer among others.
