He is an indigene of Epe, Lagos State from Gbajumo and Balogun Agoro family of Oke-Iposu, Epe. He holds Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering (MTECH), LAUTECH 2023, Bachelor of Engineering in Computer, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, KWASU, Ilorin 2018/19, Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering University of Ilorin 2010/2011, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Kwara State Polytechnic, 2015, National Diploma (ND) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Lagos State Polytechnic, 2002/2003. He had his Secondary School at Odo-Obara High School Epe 2003-2009/10 and his primary education at Zumratul Islamiyyah primary school Epe 1996/1997.
Olalekan is a Technician at Lagos State Waterfront and Tourism Development Corporation in 2003/2004. He worked at Kenol Nigeria Limited Surulere Lagos. He worked as a Computer Technician at Topfield Engineering, Repair and Installation of Server for Peach Tree Accounting, Maintenance and Repair of all the ICT equipment, Design and Installation for LAN Network and Wireless Infrastructure 2007. He was an IT Trainee at HP Headquarters Oko-Awo, Victoria Island Lagos 2008/2009. He is a member of the following professional bodies: COREN; NSE; NATE; and, IEEE.
