A younger brother to a former Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government (Chief Banto). He was born into the Hassan family of Ise Town in Lekki Local Council Development Area of Epe administrative division.
He attended Odo Obara High School after which he proceeded to University of Ilorin where he bagged a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He is presently in the employment of Lagos State Government under the Lagos State Electricity Board as an Electrical Engineer.
He is happily married with children.
